Yesterday I did some gardening. Things were a bit sad. Dad said he would water for me as pulling out 100 ft of hose was not in the hand resting program... I was not pleased Well I changed out the plants in front to some really big marigolds that I bought in Ipswich. I also dragged out the hose and found out that we need a new hose...by getting soaked. Oh boy.

Working my hands made them feel better...almost normal. This is why I think arthritis. They felt so good that I did not sleep with the hand splints. I think that was a mistake as I woke up and could barely move my hands. I am told that sleeping with the splints keeps your hands from curling up in the night and that's how fluid can build up. The hands are way now, but I will put on the splints tonight.

Tonight I start my vacation. Tomorrow I am going to do some yard work...getting rid of some plants that got crispy from not enough water. Then we go to Rhode Island to watch a base ball game with the cousins. Sunday is a beach day...

Next week is vacation. I have nothing planned as I want to reclaim the house and yard. I do hope to get meet up with a friend for lunch. I need to get stuff in order so I can start my ceramics.
