Oct. 27th, 2018 11:08 amDad came home with 3 birthday cakes from work... Well...there was the cake portion of the day taken care of.
He liked my card and wants to frame the dog...huh? Of well, a home made card made him happy.
We did lunch at a little tiny place that is family priced. Their $11 veal parm was as good as the $30 veal parm at he big Boston restaurant we spent $300 a few weeks ago. We we the only ones there as it was early. I told the person who served us, I think he was the manager, and he was so pleased he practically skipped back to tell the chef/cook. We will be going back They also do take out and catering.
Did the food shopping and Dad went over to the cousins to watch the World Series. He didn't come home until 1 AM. I had a nice relaxing night. I watched TV like a normal person and had a piece of cake.
Today I am clearing up the living room/dining room because the ceramics took over for a month or so. We are having a N'or Easter so it is gray and cool. Thankfully it is not snow. I made plans to see a disabled friend so I have to wander out in a couple hours. She is alone as her care taker is away so I will eat out ...unless she calls and says stay home. In this weather it's going t suck walking to the trains and to her apartment. We shall see what happens.
Dad is on a bus to a casino in Connecticut. I hope he is lucky. Yeah...in any way shape or form ;-P
tonight I need to get going on bracelets.
Tomorrow is a family baby shower. What I am really looking forward to is walking the beach at my house tomorrow as I need some drift wood to display my bracelets. The shiny looks great against the worn wood.
