I work with credit and edit cards and ATM machines.
Today I had to have a call from VISA global. They sent me 2 claims on a card and said they were a mistake. So I received 2 debits for $200 and the corrected it with one credit of $200 and they can't understand why I am out of balance. I sent them screen shots. The conversation went on for 2 hours. I was loosing it. I actually said 200 plus 200 is 400. If you take away 200 there is 200 hundred left. I have been doing math for 49 years.
