(no subject)

Today at work the older woman that sits next me was not there at 5:15 AM. It turns out that her Mother's dementia took a turn for the worse this weekend and she does not know that her home is her home anymore and that her daughter (my coworker) is not her daughter. Very sad. Heart breaking.

My other coworker was out because she had back to back doctor's appointments, but said she was working from at home. She emailed me and she could only work 2 hours, but didn't;t want the boss to know. Sigh. I have a feeling that she will need her maternity leave several weeks early...

...meanwhile my boss isn't interested in setting up a game plan with me as I back these 2 people up. Now I know the work will get done... and I KNOW it can't just be all me doing it. I just don't understand why we can't have a meeting to set up a plan. I like planning. I am good at planning things that require action...and not funding...I am no good at getting funding...

Needless to say things are confusing for me at work and I am super busy... and tired...

... and have a migraine.
