Went to my usual friend's family Christmas Eve Gathering.
It was not merry. It was not Bright.
The mood was depressed and dark. Many of the elders are sick and depressed.
It was Dark.
I felt like a ghost that did not belong.
I busied myself in the kitchen setting out food that people had brought but were too depressed to put out.
Weird.
