This abandonment thing at the same time is rather depressing.
Calling for a muse... Hello... moping is easy on a gray day. I need something to inspire.
Meanwhile I am making a vegetarian type of mock egg plant parm. The eggplants are from the garden and the sauce is from my tomato plants. I bake the eggplant and it is not in a batter so it is actually a lighter dish...depending on how much cheese you use.
