My boss just gave the co worker who sits next to me her mid year review by crouching at the desk by my chair. I had gotten up to use the printer and found them in conversation... I was only away a minute. I grabbed my phone and walked away to give them privacy.

That is not how you give a review. That tells the worker that if you can't bother to pull up a chair that they are not worth the time.
